One of the project’s defining features is its *centrally positioned circular bar*, which combines hot and cold beverage service in a visually striking and highly functional focal point. The bar incorporates two three-group espresso machines, a cold bar, a cake display, and a range of countertop equipment for hot and cold beverage preparation. Together, these elements create an engaging bar experience while supporting efficient service operations.
The food preparation area features an island cooking line, a pizza oven, and advanced equipment, including a *Rational combi-steamer*. Another key element is the bakery area, where preparation and baking processes remain visible, adding an interactive dimension to the customer experience.
Behind the scenes, dedicated preparation areas, cold rooms, and storage facilities are carefully organized to support operational efficiency and the smooth daily functioning of the venue.
